The Decision Team supports special reliability assessments as part of testing and evaluation support, both for engineering assessments to validate requirements and to conduct suitability assessments. Our efforts play a key role in improving performance, reliability, maintainability, supportability, and weapons effectiveness. We perform comprehensive systems test and evaluation services analyzing test results and developing solutions for missile life-cycle requirements. For missile systems in development, we ensure that realistic RM&A operational performance requirements are established, validated, and translated into both Technical Evaluation thresholds and contractually specified, design controllable, performance requirements. For fielded systems, we monitor performance against established RM&A requirements and ensure that test failures are captured in the program's Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action (FRACAS) system.
