Dwayne J. Moses
President and CEODwayne Moses is President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Decision Technologies, Inc. Dwayne has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University. As CEO, he takes the lead role in corporate operations, providing strategic plans for growth and business development.
Dwayne has extensive technical and programmatic experience with a variety of DoD systems and disciplines. He has over 19 years professional experience in development, acquisition, fielding, testing and evaluating radar systems and missile subsystems for the U.S. Navy. Dwayne's primary focus has been on RF systems in the form of shipboard surveillance radars such as AN/SPS-48E and SPQ-9B as well as missile guidance and fuzes such as the SM-2 BLK IVA Forward Looking Fuze (FLF) and MK 45 family of Target Detecting Devices (TDD). His experience also includes coordination and lead for laboratory, U.S. Navy engineering field activity and prime contractor tasks to execute design trade studies, concept exploration studies, prototype and production design, critical experiments, and testing of advanced RF systems.

Mike Sarraino

Mike joined Decision Technologies in 2008. He arrived with over 20 years experience in Navy operations, logistics and material support management, and joint program requirements definition. Mike has extensive knowledge and experience in Navy training system design and delivery, training analysis, and program evaluation. For the past 5 years Mike has been heavily involved in designing, planning, and implementing the product support solution for the AN/SPS-48G radar program.

Chris Whitener
IWS 2.0 Task LeadChris has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business from George Mason University. As Task Lead, he manages a team of Subject Matter Experts that provide Programmatic Support to the U.S. Navy's In-service Radars as well as the SBX platform.
Chris has 15 years of professional experience which incorporates a diverse technical background. He has experience in the areas of Programmatics, Quality Assurance and Maintenance Support. Chris is a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and worked with the AN/TPS-59 & 63 Air Search Radars. After service Chris went on to work in Quality Assurance as a test technician for Crytek Inc. During this time he helped transition ISO 9000 plans and procedures into the quality assurance processes for the company.
Over the past 4 years, he has supported the US Navy's In-Service Surface Search Radar Program Office which includes the AN/SPS-55, 64, 67 & 73 Radar Systems. Experience includes Developing cost estimates, Plan of Action & Milestone (POA&M) Schedules, chairing and coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPT) as well as interfacing with Ship's Program Managers (SPM), Ship Integration Program Managers (SIPM) and Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC).
